These terms cover Lumzoi Desk, Desk Host and this website. By using them you agree to these terms.

Your account and your devices

You need an account (Sign in with Apple) to connect, and a connection needs Lumzoi Desk Pro on one side. You’re responsible for the devices on your account and for the people you let into your Macs. Only connect to computers you own or are allowed to access.

The preview

  • Lumzoi Desk is in a free preview. During the preview every account has Pro at no cost, with the same limits as Pro: up to 3 Macs and 150 GB of relay traffic a month.
  • The preview ends when we start paid plans. We’ll tell you in the apps at least 7 days before. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe; without a subscription you won’t be able to connect after the preview.
  • Features may change during the preview.

Subscriptions (after the preview)

  • Pro is billed through the App Store, monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you buy.
  • The yearly plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or a period ends, the subscription renews automatically and the App Store charges your Apple Account.
  • Manage or cancel in your App Store subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
  • One Pro account covers up to 3 Macs. Relay traffic is included up to the allowance shown on the pricing page; direct connections don’t count against it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Lumzoi Desk to access a computer without permission, to trick people into giving access (for example by pretending to be support staff), to break the law, or to overload or attack our service. We may suspend accounts or devices that do.

The service

We work to keep Lumzoi Desk available and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of faults. Features may change. If we stop offering Pro, we’ll tell you in advance.

Liability

Lumzoi Desk is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
