This explains what Lumzoi Desk and Desk Host collect, why, where it’s kept and how to have it deleted. The short version: we can’t see your screen, what you type or your files, and we collect only what we need to connect your devices, run your subscription and fix problems.
What never reaches us
Everything inside a connection between your devices is encrypted end to end: the screen, sound, keystrokes, the clipboard, files and their names, terminal output, tunnels and chat. That holds when traffic goes through our relay.
What we collect, and why

Diagnostics are off until you agree, unless you’re in a country where sharing them by default is allowed; you can turn them off in Settings at any time. We don’t sell data, show ads or use trackers, and this website sets no cookies.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website, the account service and download files.
- Microsoft Azure runs the servers that connect devices and the relay.
- RevenueCat keeps the state of App Store subscriptions.
- Apple handles Sign in with Apple and payments.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account in the app: Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. This removes your account data and revokes Sign in with Apple.
- To get a copy of your data, or to have something deleted that the app can’t delete, email privacy@lumzoi.com. We answer within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to correct data, object to its use or complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll say so in the apps before it takes effect.
