Security
The Mac approves new devices. Every connection is encrypted end to end.
Approve each new device
The Mac shows the name of the device asking to connect. Allow view only, control or everything. A previously approved device returns without a new prompt for the same access.
Encrypted on every path
Your devices use mutual TLS 1.3 inside QUIC. The connection is encrypted end to end, directly or through Lumzoi’s relay. The relay cannot read your screen, keystrokes, files, terminal or chat.
Optional unattended access
Set a password for unattended access. OPAQUE checks the password without sending it. You can also require two-factor codes.
Review and end sessions
Desk Host keeps a log of connections and approvals on the Mac. End any session from the menu bar. Recordings are announced on the Mac.
What our servers see
Our servers see Desk IDs, IP addresses and connection times. They never see your screen, keystrokes or files.
