What does it cost?

Nothing during the preview. Every account gets Pro: up to 3 Macs, all your iPhones, iPads and Macs, and 150 GB of relay traffic a month.

When does the preview end?

When Lumzoi Desk is out on Web, Android, Windows and Linux. We'll tell you in the apps at least 7 days before paid plans start.

What will Pro cost after the preview?

$5.99 a month or $49.99 a year, through the App Store. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Sign in with Apple in Lumzoi Desk. A connection needs Pro on one side: your account covers up to 3 Macs, and a Mac signed in to Pro lets any of your devices connect.

What counts towards the relay limit?

Only traffic sent through Lumzoi's relay counts towards the 150 GB monthly limit. Direct connections are unlimited. Both paths are encrypted end to end.

Is Lumzoi Desk free?

Yes, during the preview: sign in with Apple and every feature of Pro is yours. Paid plans start once the Web, Android, Windows and Linux apps are out, with at least 7 days' notice in the apps.

Which devices are supported?

The Mac you connect to can be any Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 15 or later (Mac mini, Mac Studio, Mac Pro, iMac, MacBook Air or MacBook Pro), with Desk Host installed. Lumzoi Desk runs on those Macs, iPhones with iOS 18 or later and iPads with iPadOS 18 or later.

Can I use the full desktop on my iPhone?

Yes. iPhone, iPad and Mac have the same features: full desktop control, terminal, files, tunnels, chat and voice calls. On iPhone and iPad, tunnels run while Lumzoi Desk is open.
